Website signups and technical feedback

This notice covers website signup information, inquiries and technical feedback sent by email.

What we receive

Signup records include your email address, selected interests, the consent you submit, the form and privacy-notice versions shown, the source page, and a server-generated identifier and timestamp. The website host may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Technical feedback is sent through your email service, not a website feedback form. We receive your email address, message, any attachments you choose to send, and the page or device details you include. Please do not send passwords, financial or health information, identification documents, or confidential information about other people.

How we use it

We use signup information to record your requested interest, manage related updates and consent, prevent duplicate processing, and handle unsubscribe and privacy requests. Signing up for one interest does not subscribe you to unrelated updates. Sending technical feedback does not subscribe you to marketing.

We use feedback to investigate and address website issues. We do not currently send an automated welcome email to visitors after signup.

Services involved

Netlify hosts the website and receives signup submissions. Notifications go to our business Gmail inbox, and approved fields are copied to a restricted Google Sheet by an AI-assisted process. These records are accessible only to Yasser through Wyse Synergy business accounts. Notifications are alerts, not our only record of your consent.

AI-assisted tools may also help review technical reports and troubleshoot issues. Information shared for review should be limited to what the issue requires. These uses do not expand the interests you agreed to receive.

Retention and your choices

Signup, consent, notification, and issue-report records may be kept for different periods, depending on their purpose. Relevant information may need to remain to document consent, honor an unsubscribe request, resolve an issue, or meet a record-preservation duty. Deletion from service providers and backups is subject to their applicable controls; we do not promise immediate removal from every copy.

To request access, correction, deletion, or an unsubscribe, email info@wysesynergy.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Unsubscribe.” We may ask you to confirm control of the email address associated with the record. Please do not send identification documents unless specifically requested. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent unwanted re-enrollment.
