Privacy Notice

What you share

When you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments and any page or device details you include. Please do not send passwords, financial or health information, identification documents, or confidential information about others.

Our host and service providers may process technical information to deliver and protect their services.

How we use it

We use inquiries to respond to your requests and technical feedback to investigate website issues. Contact us to check an inquiry’s status.

Sending an inquiry or technical report does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing requires specific consent for the relevant topic; AI assistance does not expand that consent.

Website signup is unavailable. Older or cached forms may still send information to our service providers. A return or thank-you page does not confirm receipt or a subscription. Do not rely on automatic processing or confirmation.

Who processes it

Netlify hosts the website, and Google Workspace Gmail handles our email. Other websites you visit through our links have their own privacy practices.

Netlify adds performance-monitoring code that may process information about page-loading and interaction timing, the page visited, and your browser and device.

At a team member’s explicit request, we may share a selected email and necessary context with OpenAI to read or summarize it or draft a reply. A person must review and approve any AI-assisted reply before it is sent. OpenAI’s handling and retention depend on the service’s terms and settings; human direction does not keep information solely in our inbox or guarantee immediate deletion.

Retention and your choices

We may retain correspondence, technical reports and related records to handle requests, honor unsubscribe choices, resolve issues or disputes, or meet preservation obligations. Provider logs, backups and other copies may remain after a deletion request; immediate removal from every system is not guaranteed.

We may keep a minimal unsubscribe record to prevent unwanted marketing. This does not authorize marketing.

An earlier notice may have left a non-identifying marker in your browser tab. It was not sent to us or the organizer. The notice no longer appears or saves the marker, but an existing marker may survive a reload or restored session.

Privacy questions and requests

For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or unsubscribe requests, email info@wysesynergy.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Unsubscribe.” We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address. Send identification only if specifically requested.

We may update this notice when our practices change.
