Helping a youth civic-education conference run with clarity.

Behind a shared experience is a working system of people, spaces, equipment, timing, and relationships.

Making many moving parts feel like one experience

Yasser Heyaime’s longstanding work with Youth For A Better World / Montessori Model United Nations now continues through Wyse Synergy. The work brings together AV management, event operations, and the coordination behind a conference experience that must keep moving as spaces, schedules, and needs change.

The work

Wyse Synergy supports the structure around live production: technical staffing, room and show coordination, logistics and inventory, print production, vendor sourcing, hotel relations, and artist-booking support. The goal is not simply to manage separate tasks, but to help the people, equipment, spaces, and timing work as one system.

Improving how the work moves

Hands-on delivery also reveals where a process can become clearer. Practical improvements have included better room preparation, equipment organization, crew handoffs, working materials, and media experiences. Each next idea is tested against one question: will this make the experience better for the people it serves?

What it carries forward

The relationship reflects the method behind Wyse Synergy: understand the purpose at the root, see how every branch connects, and choose a responsible place to begin. Human value comes first; production, partnerships, and Work AI are tools for helping meaningful work move.
